　　據(jù)林總介紹，運(yùn)費(fèi)從去年開始就漲了，由于國家宏觀調(diào)控，鋼材、鐵礦、砂等的相對需求增大，造成運(yùn)力緊張，運(yùn)輸成本自然扶搖而上。加上今年6月治理超載以后，原先十有八九都會超載的船運(yùn)運(yùn)量減少，運(yùn)費(fèi)成本壓力大增，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料、產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的運(yùn)輸成本和費(fèi)用急劇上升，按最保守的估計，漲幅在30％以上，原先進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/1萬美元的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料可以賺500美元，現(xiàn)在一分錢也賺不到了。

　　據(jù)了解，在海滄開采的623石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料每立方米已從720元漲到1000元，漲了近300元。加工石材http://www.stonebuy.com/方面，2厘米板每平方米增加了10元的成本。

　　破局之策呼之欲出
　　目前，我國對礦山開采的限制越來越多，以加強(qiáng)對山體的保護(hù)，鼓勵從國外進(jìn)口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料，利用別人的資源。事實上，廈門市每年進(jìn)口荒料都在以35％的速度增長，且進(jìn)口選擇余地越來越大，目前進(jìn)口國主要有意大利、西班牙、希臘、芬蘭、挪威、南非、巴西等國家。
　　廈門市貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/發(fā)展局外貿(mào)處的有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人透露，目前該局提出的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/進(jìn)口零關(guān)稅的方案，已經(jīng)送到國家財政部關(guān)稅司。"現(xiàn)在就是期待這個方案能得到批準(zhǔn)。做這個方案前，我們走訪了很多企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，他們的愿望很強(qiáng)烈。"這位負(fù)責(zé)人說。

　　廈門市貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/發(fā)展局的這位人士說，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/畢竟是一種再生周期極其漫長甚至可以說是不可再生的資源，因此"零關(guān)稅"旨在鼓勵石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料進(jìn)口。這樣一方面有利于國內(nèi)石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工業(yè)的發(fā)展，另一方面也可以保護(hù)國內(nèi)的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源。
　　與此同時，廈門石材http://www.stonebuy.com/商會也正在籌備中。廈門非金屬礦進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/有限公司的董事長許榮旗說，這個商會就是為了行業(yè)自律的需要，減少企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/無序競爭，進(jìn)行價格協(xié)調(diào)。同時，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/也打算借此"擰"成一股繩。"過去單槍匹馬作戰(zhàn)，現(xiàn)在我們希望能用一個聲音對外。比如在和船務(wù)公司談判時，商會能幫企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/爭取到更好的價格。"許榮旗說。還有一個"動作"是，在第八屆投資洽談會期間，有關(guān)部門將與中國http://www.stonebuy.com五礦化工進(jìn)出口http://en.stonebuy.com/商會商榷，在廈門市建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/出口http://en.stonebuy.com/基地。
　　天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/資源日益緊張，是石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/危機(jī)的原因之一，作為對策，一種以樹脂代替的人造石開始出現(xiàn)在市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html上，并呈現(xiàn)日益增長趨勢。
　　據(jù)三悅豐石材http://www.stonebuy.com/物流中心總經(jīng)理林東明介紹，這種人造石是用樹脂摻雜石粉或石頭制作而成，表面比較光滑，相比石材http://www.stonebuy.com/荒料，人造石在外觀上還更好看一些，而且可以任意切割、隨意組合、修補(bǔ)，板材與板材之間可以實現(xiàn)無縫拼接，接縫處毫無痕跡，這是天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/無法做到的，目前每平方米的價格在一兩百元左右，與天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/的價格相差不大，從一定程度上緩解了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/供應(yīng)緊張的矛盾。
　　但也有不同的聲音認(rèn)為，人造石在市場http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html上不是很受歡迎。豪得勝有限公司的總經(jīng)理王文虎說，目前人們還是認(rèn)可天然石材http://www.stonebuy.com/，人造石暫時還不能將其取代.
