從即日起至2010年底，石獅市將在全市范圍內全面開展建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行業（含建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/、礦山采石點）專項整治。

　　此次專項整治將全面排查石獅市建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/環境保護情況，查清建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/污染治理設施及主要污染物排放情況，嚴肅查處企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/違法建設、超標排放、偷（漏）排等違法行為。檢查范圍包括石獅市轄區內礦山采石點和建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。

　　根據方案，石獅市將嚴格控制建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山開采，明確劃定禁采區和限采區，禁止在沿內溝河、沿溪一重山范圍內開山采石；禁采區范圍內現有礦山，應立即取締關閉、停止供電。同時，根據企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的集中程度，建立石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中區，建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中區及區內污水應集中建設處理設施、配套污水管網、中水回用系統，并于2010年8月份前完成相配套的堆渣場的建設規劃、布點、選址、規模和建成投運等。現有建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按計劃于2010年8月底前搬遷進入加工集中區，對未按規定時限搬遷進入加工集中區的企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/按相關的法律、法規給予嚴肅處理。此外，礦山開采企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/必須嚴格落實水土保持、生態恢復措施，現有廢棄石料、石渣堆放場應于2009年底前完成覆土和植被綠化；制定建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工總量削減措施，不屬于建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工集中區配套建設的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/堆渣場，于2010年底前封場、完成覆土綠化，并對建筑石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/實施差別電價。
