　　“根據(jù)目前的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，此次關(guān)停的企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/共有614家，其中有一些是前期整治關(guān)停后死灰復(fù)燃的無證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。”相關(guān)負責(zé)人稱。
　　有證無證都有補助
　　根據(jù)相關(guān)要求，對在2011年12月31日前自行關(guān)閉石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產(chǎn)車間、拆除石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的有證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，按每拆除1臺大切機8萬元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，給予轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)資金補助。對在2012年3月31日前，自行關(guān)閉石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產(chǎn)車間、拆除石材http://www.stonebuy.com/生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的有證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，按每拆除1臺大切機6萬元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補助。對在2012年5月31日前，自行關(guān)閉的有證石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，按每拆除1臺大切機4萬元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，給予轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)資金補助。
　　據(jù)介紹，對一些無證的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/，在2011年12月31日之前確系已自行停產(chǎn)關(guān)閉的，按每拆除1臺大切機3萬元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，給予企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/拆遷費用補助。
　　轉(zhuǎn)型還有政策優(yōu)惠
　　據(jù)介紹，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/自行轉(zhuǎn)型除了給予一定的補助外，還將在政策上給予一定的支持與優(yōu)惠。具體優(yōu)惠政策包括在合法范圍內(nèi)幫轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/特事特辦，加快辦理各項土地、基建手續(xù)，在稅收方面給予一定的支持。
　　“具備一般納稅人資格的鞋業(yè)、服裝、制傘、食品、包裝印刷、五金汽配、機械http://www.stonebuy.com/machine/制造企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/向成功轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/下派訂單，支持石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/利用現(xiàn)有廠房從事配套加工，且向成功轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/下派訂單達到5家及以上的，經(jīng)驗收，并報晉江市政府同意，給予下單企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/一次性獎勵10萬元。”相關(guān)負責(zé)人稱，優(yōu)惠政策的初衷就是盡力確保轉(zhuǎn)型后的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/有盡量大的生存空間。
