思南定下發(fā)展目標(biāo)，實(shí)現(xiàn)石材產(chǎn)值100億

　　現(xiàn)在，該縣加大石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持力度，為加快石材http://www.stonebuy.com/企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/發(fā)展，定下了“全縣石材http://www.stonebuy.com/礦山開采、產(chǎn)品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/加工及銷售企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/達(dá)150家以上，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值100億元以上”的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。其中，加工企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/20家以上，新建大理石各類加工生產(chǎn)線200條以上，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/裝飾設(shè)計(jì)及大、中、小型營(yíng)銷企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/100家以上。全縣統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃礦點(diǎn)50個(gè)至100個(gè)（按每投資1億元，建4條生產(chǎn)線，相應(yīng)匹配100畝礦山進(jìn)行規(guī)劃），其中最大礦點(diǎn)不超過150畝。打造和注冊(cè)思南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/國(guó)內(nèi)統(tǒng)一商標(biāo)，打造和建設(shè)黔東北石材http://www.stonebuy.com/交易中心，力爭(zhēng)打造和建設(shè)大西南石材http://www.stonebuy.com/貿(mào)易http://www.stonebuy.com/trade/市場(chǎng)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html。
　　為促進(jìn)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)，該縣制定了石材http://www.stonebuy.com/產(chǎn)業(yè)系列優(yōu)惠扶持政策。凡企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/年繳納稅費(fèi)500萬元及以上的，給予企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要負(fù)責(zé)人1%的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。推薦企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/主要負(fù)責(zé)人為省、市、縣黨代表、人大代表、政協(xié)委員，市、縣人大常委會(huì)委員或市、縣政協(xié)常委。凡企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/正式投產(chǎn)繳納稅費(fèi)之日起，投資3億元及以下且年繳納稅費(fèi)達(dá)250萬元以上的或投資5億元及以上且年繳納稅費(fèi)達(dá)500萬元以上的，前3年內(nèi)按企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所繳納稅費(fèi)的50%，4－5年內(nèi)按企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/所繳納稅費(fèi)的30%，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)給企業(yè)http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/作為加工基地土地出讓金補(bǔ)償費(fèi)。個(gè)人對(duì)地方財(cái)政貢獻(xiàn)也有巨額獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
